Reminder rules

Before you send the reminder

The page returns the same success message even when no accounts match the address.
The reminder goes only to the mailbox already attached to the account records.
Repeated requests are throttled to stop spam and brute-force mailbox probing.
If the message does not arrive, verify the e-mail spelling and check the spam folder.
